Lartizan Boulangerie Francaise was established 2007 as a pioneer in baking French traditional breads in the Philippines using sourdough from wild yeast or "levain".
It has the most complete assortment of artisan breads that contain all-natural white wheat, red wheat, rye and whole grain flours. It uses unbleached bread flours that are free from chemical additives that add extra benefit to today's healthy lifestyle.
